Waste combustion
Reka offers the possibility to make grate fired boiler for waste combustion.
Normally the storage is a crane feeder that is operated manually since the waste is often not uniform and needs to be split apart.
The waste is fed to a funnel with a counter scraper that prevents the waste from compacting.
A hydraulic pusher controls the in-feeding of waste to the boiler.
Due to the boilers construction the fluegas has a long retention time at temperatures above 800°C.
The ash from under the moving grate and the non-combustable material are automatically removed below the boiler and fed to a container for easy disposal.
